worried about future in transcription - cutieMT

I am reduced to selling plasma twice a week now to supplement my income. This is insulting to me. I have been a transcriptionist for 20 years now and no other skills. Nuance just sent out their new compensation plan that seems like its now impossible to make any money.

I love what I do for a living and take pride in doing a good job, but the future scares the heck outta me. Also, I have been working with Nuance going on 4 years and for the most part I'm happy here. Am I alone in this?
