QA is NEVER punitive, always meant to be helpful.
Everybody there has always been nice.
If you pass your quarterly audit with 98% and no critical errors, and make over your production requirement, you get a bonus.
I dont know what other platforms, if any, they might use for different accounts. I suppose it depends on whatever deal they made with each facility they have as an account.
I like it, am happy, and hope to be there for a long time to come.
