I work my butt off and do VR as fast as I can and I still do not make minimum wage. My pay has been cut in half for doing this VR crap that I could do twice as fast if I were just typing the whole thing myself and it would be right the first time. The only reason they went to VR is to cut our pay, not to make our job any easier or faster. I am looking for some other kind of a job so I can kiss MT goodbye after many years of watching my pay disappear. If people can make $15 an hour working at McDonald's, why are we only being paid 4 cents a line for all the things we have to know in order to do this job? Good question-- can you say MTSO greed at our expense?
