I am pondering a law suit, perhaps it will be class action. Have called the attorney's office, been interviewed as to the details, they mulled it over, and they have called me back stating they want to take the case --- but really my personal damages are not that great (although company wide I think significant) and I have moved on -- and it will take a lot of effort from ME -- and I have a new job. I JUST decided to let it go and you pop in with this. I will answer his call this time and maybe see how much effort I have to put forth, cuz you are correct, somebody has to stand up and be counted.
