are working regular shifts and struggling to get enough work to make a living or maintain sufficient lines to keep their jobs. They rely on their MT jobs for their livelihoods.
You seem to be looking for a job for some extra money that allows you to waltz into the work pool they rely on for their main income and grab whatever you want whenever it's convenient for you while they've been sweating it out for their whole shift, hoping there will be enough work to keep them going.
It's not too surprising that several people took exception to your plan.
