My goodness! I just didn't realize how mistreated these providers are. Poor things. However, they're being paid handsomely for their troubles; I, on the other hand, barely make minimum wage. When they yawn (or belch or clear their sinuses) they eat their words. Which causes a couple-three rewinds to discern what was said. Which in turn causes me no end of frustration if for no other reason than yawning is contagious and I work the wee small hours.
