My GI doctor HATES it! He said he had a patient show up with 2 buddies to see him, because he had dictated "The patient is on home O2" and ASR put "The patient is a homo, too." Granted, I can see the mix up, since he does speak fast, but he said it takes him longer now, since he has to both dictate and then review every single report.
