I also find Fluency a user friendly system, once you get used to it. Don't be too freaked out in the beginning; it sounds like you've gone through this before, so just hang in there. As for the ASR feature, don't worry until you've been exposed to your own accounts. I have seen some with excellent ASR interpretation but most of them are garbage. Maybe your company has better tech support that takes care of the ASR better then MM does. Good luck. I think you'll enjoy Fluency with a short learning curve.
