Going through the Remedy routine is slow and tedious. And THEN........... they call me every single time at 6 a.m. I work night shift, so you know how that works out for me - I do not like to be waked up for their crap. And to top that off, they ask me for information which is EVERYTHING I PUT ON THE TICKET. I once asked the tech calling me if he had actually read my ticket. Uhhhhh, no was the reply.
