I absolutely agree with you! She was our contact person, the conduit between ALL OF US and Synernet. I had issues a couple of times, and she was always cheerful and encouraging. Tough job for just one person. It can't be easy getting blamed for things that are not her call, plus it isn't her fault that transcription is not a great profession anymore. Good for her...i hope her new job is FUN.
