For those that have left MT for something else, how did you do it? Are you living in a metropolis or something rural? I am running into a problem with being an IC for the past 10 years and people not taking into account any of the skills you have to have in order to do that. Want to get out of MT as I am tired of looking for work every 3 months when another contract goes the way of EMR. TIA for any insight.
