I started at $12.50 an hour back in the 90s. The job is the same, if not harder. This just disgusts me. Based on that starting rate of 12.50, add in cost of living increase, we should all be making around $20 an hour right now. Seriously. And that would be an honest and well-deserved rate of pay for what we do, our knowledge and special skill set.
