I could do better if they paid spaces, but the higher pay here offsets the difference. There are pros and cons to every company. I love Amphion; they have always treated me well and fair. I love the Big M account. And they are growing by leaps and bounds. I am satisfied here and I see myself here for the long haul.
By the way, you get out of a company what you put into it.
