I do understand how weekend and holiday pay schedules work. July 3rd was a weekend and the 4th was on a Monday, meaning payday should have been on Tuesday the 5th. Mine was the 6th (and that was after concern and wondering as to why it wasn't there). July 20th was smack dab in the middle of the week--Wednesday. No deviations needed there for weekend. My deposit was on the 21st. While that's only one day both times, they did both cause me stress. I'm still waiting for payment for work done in June 2015 from another company! You go through an experience like that and ONE DAY late is enough to cause you anxiety! (and p.s. - I do appreciate the raise!)
