I used the minimum production figure as a baseline (mine is consistently higher). KS may have tiered the increases based on production/quality/length of employment. Regardless, a quarter-cent per line is still a nice increase. The point is that we all got a raise we hadn't expected. I hope, instead of cheated, you feel appreciated and encouraged.
