I just left Amphion today as an IC. I was having a time meeting their 98.8% accuracy rate after 2 weeks of learning a new platform and account specifics as well as Amphion specifics. It was 100% SR. I have to say that the people I worked with were great. I left Nuance a couple of months ago after working for Probity for 4 years. They too were working "together" for a year or so before becoming solely Nuance. Once that transition was made is when I had had enough. Constant changes in supervisors, etc and finally loss of my account that I had worked on for 4 years. Stay away from Amphion/Imedx unless you are an excellent editor. I am an excellent transcriptionist.
