I probably work for 2 such companies. Both IC status. I am pretty much left alone to do my work and rarely get QA feedback. When I do, it is usually something minor. With one of the companies I asked for a raise over a year ago and got it, so yes, there are "good companies" out there but it really depends on what you are looking for. You don't say whether you are looking for IC or employee, so it is very hard to mention companies without knowing what you are looking for.
