Average over 100 lph and you make $22 and $17/hr? That's great.
On Enterprise I do 220-240 lph and usually $11-13 per hour, so you see there is a huge discrepancy in platforms.
I guess if you only have one or two accounts and enough work on them that might work. I can always tell when someone has a day off on my platform, that's how tightly staffed it is. I thank whoever it is for taking time off so I can have decent work for a change.
I hope you can continue making good money like this and that your hospital doesn't lose a lot of work to EHR or EPIC or whatever, that's what happened to my primary. Good to know someone's still making decent money.
