it grays out and then comes up and says Microsoft word is recovering and I let it do that, I say I don't want toreport to Microsoft and then it disappears, I restart from the ES11 icon, enter login, it comes up just text, I click on the other status box that is associated with this start up(can't think of what it says, I get the transcription or review choice box, click ok for transcription and the whole document returns. P.S. I don't work for M-Modal, so if there is a difference in their as to options that might be why. :)
