IMEDX poll of probs with ES11 and Word - tk

I installed Word 2010 to prepare for the EditScript 11 upgrade and have had nothing but problems, now unable to work since Thurs. Word 2010 crashes out, quits working, about every second job. Tech support is stumped. Would love to know if anyone else is having problems and if so, or if not, what version of Word are you using?
