A bill for all the time I spend waiting while they read the chart or talk on the phone, all the time I spend deciphering or just plain waiting until I can hear their dictation again because they refuse to dictate in a quiet place, all the time I spend going back to delete sentences and paragraphs because they changed their mind, along with the time I spend rechecking meds because they cannot pronounce or spell the medication, and on and on.
Just another sucky day in MM paradise.
And, oh goody, I got a "raise" in my base pay. Too bad I next to never get to use my base pay as part timers don't get sick time or vacation time. All I can wish for is company-wide downtime.
