Maybe men may be condescending and dismissive to work with, but I'll bet you they don't talk about each other behind their backs; heck, they don't even talk about you and other female employees when 5 o'clock comes and they meet for drinks. They're too busy talking about their latest accomplishment and/or how they're gonna slay the dragon. Can you imagine a group of women doing that? Heavens, no! We demean ourselves and take pleasure in discussing the faults of whoever is not there at the moment. And yes, I'm aware that I'm a woman and have done these things. I don't know why we're like that.
