I assume that the posts are from women - as I'm sure they are....but don't you all realize that YOU YOURSELVES ARE WOMEN? Are you saying that it sucks to work with you, too? I bet it is! I am a woman and while I do agree that a lot of this does happen....it happens just as often with men as with women....just in different ways. I worked with BOTH at various times in my life and men are more likely to be condescending, harrassing, and dismissive, and believe me that is JUST as annoying to be around.
