Be careful with Nuance. If your supe tells you that the docs want to cut your pay and you say you will walk first, you had better be looking for another job because they are going to let you go!! I was let go this past Tuesday after almost 4 years of employment and 3 years of that with 100% quality. I was making 11.5 cpl straight typing at the time of firing.
