I have looked at the pay grid, I have made more money than I ever did since they implemented it. As long as you make 100 lph you get 0.075 per line if you meed the QC% and quality score. If you don't you still get 0.07 per line. Of course that is SR lines divided by half and straight lines counted as they are. I'm not great but I average 10.00 an hour and I have made 16.00 an hour. So, yes, I do like the pay grid at Nuance. PS I have seen someone make 26.00 an hour, just 3 weeks ago. She averages about 22.00.
