I have worked in offices where the majority are women, and where the majority are men. I have a very long work history (45 years), and I'm telling you right now, that women are the worst to work for/with.
The guys can blow it out their you-know-what, for sure, but that's the end of it. The women are sneaking behind your back, gossiping about you in corners of the building, and being downright 2-faced.
I currently work in a non-MT environment with 2 men who can be a bit of a pain, but I know at the end of the day, nobody is out to stab me in the back, and they are not talking about me behind my back for sure, then making believe they like me.
I'll take men any day in terms of who I trust.
