I applaud Keystrokes. I don't work there or even know how much the raise was, but WOW...
With Nuance and other companies constantly taking away, making convoluted grids to determine our pay, and the large number of companies going to IC now instead of employees to save on benefits, I think this is very nice.
Congratulations to you working for Keystrokes, it sounds like they appreciate you and are rewarding you to keep you around. Kudos.
