You'd probably not have much difficulty with the musculoskeletal anatomy based on your radiology experience, but beyond that you'd be pretty much in new territory with regard to the tests, instruments and equipment, treatment modalities, etc.

Of course, this would be the case moving from radiology to almost any other specialty.
