Frantic Email From HDSM - *snort* - anon

It appears our BOB has officially achieved the "worst quality" in the company! Could this have something to do with a large number of qualified, competent, long-time MTs finally coming to their senses and leaving only to be replaced with newly hired MTs with no background in the complexities of trying to maintain 99.6% quality at a minimum of 150 lines/hour? Could it be that the pressure to minimize "inactive time" discourages these new MTs from trying to learn the multitude of CPs in our BOB and remember those "exceptions" that only get handed down in emails but never included in the CP? Could it be that producing the lines necessary to make this job pay anything above minimum wage requires MTs to compensate on quality? Could it be that karma's a bit*h? The higher ups still won't get it, but the it's nice to see them struggle. 

 

Oh, and the subject line of this email rant we received today? "Quaity Meltdown"
