First time in a long time that I have received an e-mail that I made a critical error. I put in the date of dictation as the date of service. Out of the thousands of jobs that I receive I am bound to make a mistake.
Why is it that they can pick out mistakes that we have made but cannot fix anything we point out. It is just easier to blame the MT.
All I could say was my bad.
