Get credit for lines subtracted on Enterprise - all smiles Posted: Jul 8th, 2016 - 1:41 pm
Hi,
A report came to me that was old and already done. I sent it to the client EQA because there was nothing I needed to do with it.
But, I got -30 lines for that report.
Put in a request to get the lines back (as many previous requests for credit for lines) and it seems the e-mail is being ignored.
Has anyone gotten lines back that were taken (either typed an ASR report or as above)?
If so, what did you do to get the lines back?
I've had so many lines stolen from me over the years and have never gotten credit for them.
Any suggestions are welcome.
