Well if I did it on purpose I would have a plan, but since I didn't there is no way to create a plan of action. But you could try telling the dictators to slow down and speak like human beings, that would help a ton. AND you could make it so ASR doesn't automatically put 8 when 0 is dictated, and you know stop the auto fill crap that goes in there so I don't have to remove all the things that are printed but never dictated. Maybe, just maybe you should start making the doctors and the programs responsible for errors, after all, last time I checked I am still human..
