These MTSOs will discriminate in any way they want....
However, in today's market, you have a better chance of getting a job if you have an Indian or Arabic name....so try changing your first name to something like Samira, Amira, Abdullah or something like that and they will contact you immediately. In the end, you can always tell them that is your nickname.
