resources to find the answer. You had access to other reports. You were able to match dosage and diagnosis to Amlodipine. It wasn't about you being a doctor or NP or not. It's about common sense.
QA is a resource not a crutch. Blanks are a last resort not a loophole for lazy transcriptionists. I'm sorry, but you either lack confidence in your abilities as an MT or you're just lazy. Either way, I'm with your boss.
