We got a new account, so they have been auditing every day. I got the results back from my 100% audit, with 2 feedback notes for commas that the auditor felt were not needed. Instead of a "way to go" or "nice work," my HSDM felt compelled to tell me to make sure I "thoroughly proofread" jobs before uploading them, as "feedback errors" can be perceived as poor quality by the client. Really? On a perfect audit?
It's so frustrating! I guess nothing is ever going to be good enough. I give up.
