We have this one dictator that speaks clearly...but has a bad habit of not using the "pause" button despite being talked to several times by administration. This means a 20 minute dictation is really only about 12. I speed up to the fastest speed possible when the dead space starts but you still have to listen through it. Yesterday I lost almost an hour of production because this dictator dumped a lot of reports into the system. We all lost money on this one. That's just not right that we get financially penalized for this type of stuff.
