This just goes to show how ineffective you QAs are. If you did your job right and not only provided feedback, but helped the MT, then you would not be seeing the same mistakes over and over.

Many times, those specs are unclear. It is not your job to make the MT know the specs, but it IS your job to make sure the MT UNDERSTANDS the specs. You're supposed to be the "spec" expert" and it IS your job to make sure they are cleary understood and followed. If you see the same mistakes over and over, you clearly are not doing your job in making sure they are understood.

Repeat mistakes are more of a reflection of your work, not the MTs. (Especially newer MTs).
