I have to vent, so frustrated. Okay, my footpedal was acting crazy and it took me forever to do one report because the footpedal had a mind of its own. So I called support. He took control of the computer and said it's not my foot pedal, that I didn't have enough RAM to run Fluency smoothly. This was Thursday afternoon by the way. He said they will send me a new one Friday, overnight ship it. I asked if he could please send a foot pedal along with the new computer just in case it still didn't work. He reassured me it wasn't a foot pedal problem. I waited and waited on Friday. I called at 2:30 p.m., stated I still didn't get the computer. Apparently, there was a power outage in the warehouse. I will get it over the weekend or Monday. I did receive it, set it up, went into Fluency, guess what? Foot pedal doing the same thing. Called support again, He took control of the NEW computer and said there were issues with the software/or hardware??? Took 45 minutes. Then asked me to try Fluency with the foot pedal. Nope, still didn't work. Finally, getting a new foot pedal, hopefully to arrive tomorrow. I guess it's just my dumb luck!
