Only a complete idiot would ask you a why you made a mistake and expect you to give a logical, education response.
This is exactly what this post is about...these QAs and management queens actually think MTs purposely make mistakes.
If they were even a little qualified for their positions, they wouldn't even ask such stupid questions. Maybe the MT should respond, "Because I'm human, and humans make mistakes", and then turn around and ask the QA or Management if they could explain a mistake they made in the past and how they suggestion remedy of the mistake. But be care when asking that...they may consider your question as an insult as the QA and Management Queens NEVER EVER make a mistake.
