It's like shopping in a dollar store...you get what you pay for. They pay us crappy salaries, so of course, we don't really care too much about the quality.
Want better quality? Want no mistakes? Stay out of the dollar store and go to a store with higher quality (meaning pay us more) and you're get better quality.
So, don't buy something in the dollar store, then turn around and cry because it doesn't work to your satisfaction. Get real. When these stupid MTSOs start valuing, appreciating and respecting the ones who keep their company open and start paying AT LEAST MINIMUM WAGE, they might get better quality....otherwise, they need to sit down and shut up.
(I can't believe QA and management are so STUPID to believe that MTs make mistakes on purpose. Goes to show that they lack serious qualifications for the jobs they have.) Hopefully, one day when I grow up, I can be a QA or work in management so I can also label myself better than God. NOT.
