My TSM did just this...sent me an email asking me to explain WHY I made a mistake in a report (can't remember what it was but it was NOT a patient care impacting one for sure) - Well, her email had several typos (as per usual)...so my only reply was, "I don't know, why does your email have so many errors?" I never heard back about it. LOL!
