I've done major searches also & left blanks when I wasn't sure. Had one report long ago (no longer remember the medicine at issue) where old reports weren't any help at all. The medication in mine was mangled, but I understood the dosage dictated. Old reports had 2 different medicines of similar name with that same dose. Since I wasn't sure what it was supposed to be and didn't want to guess, I left it blank. Didn't get dinged for it. Better safe than sorry.
