Yes, I have. I'm quite proud of the product I have produced over the years. I have worked in several different hospitals.
No, every report that we transcribe doesn't directly affect patient care. But many of them DO.
It is obvious why you're deluding yourself, telling yourself that our reports do not impact patient care: Because, by your own admission, the reports that you transcribe are rife with errors, i.e. garbage.
Why don't you go work at Burger King, so you can mess up the customers' orders all day long with zero real effect?
