to use them for information. I never do. I often find lots of incorrect information when looking up records. Trust yourself, not someone else. If there is any question whatsoever about a medication, blank it. However, I would have put a QA note indicating that I saw it in previous reports and thought it might be amlodipine, but what the heck, it could have been Adderall. Some Drs could not even pronounce this correctly, and NPs are certainly not MDs.
