These companies know we need at least $10 to $18 or more for this job. That includes newbies to seasonal MTs. Just because we are remote does not mean we don't work or get stressed out with this job. We have to know just about as much as the physicians but are making minimum wage. I know some MTs are fast and make more money. There will be a day where you might not be as fast, so just know the MT field has to change. I am hoping some light will eventually come to this world on the unfairness of the MT work field.
