For editing, I found it not worth the trouble as there are so few occasions you can use it. For straight transcription, I love it. It's been very dependable and well worth the money. You can increase production by about 25% with it. They have excellent customer service and a forum for questions. The only negative review I have heard on IT is the one in this thread.
