Having been subject to 2 takeovers by Imedx, my advice is to start transitioning out of the company as soon as feasible. Eventually, any accounts that can be taken over by India will be. Most, if not all, benefits will be taken away, and when they have their agenda fully in place, you will see mass "layoffs" starting with the management team and trickle down to the majority of the MTs.
