Of course it's trivial in the big scheme of things. Still, it affects MTs right where it hurts -- in their bank accounts. To me it's just another instance of poor management style and the incredible tightwad attitude of MTSOs. BTW I am a former MTSO, and I never told my shift leaders to cherrypick jobs! I paid them a fair, competitive hourly rate commensurate with their duties. The line count is for the MTs, not the management.
