My manager was complaining to me that I needed to do more work and more lines. So, I did exactly as she said. I had 2 accounts, so I had plenty of work and could do a lot more....and I did.
The next day, one of my accounts was removed because I had done too much work and if I kept up that rate, my paycheck would be more than their allowance for one MT.
What is that about? How pathetic. We get yelled at for not working....we get yelled at for working too much. What do they want from us? BLOOD?
I hate this job. I can't wait until I find another and I tell them where to go.
Pathetic.
