This totally happened to me. In my case the dictator said the patient was 89 years old, and the demographic header said the patient was 90. I double check all my numbers but didn't this time and it cost me big time.
I can understand the whole critical error thing (3 points) but when it's age and it's a difference of 1 year between the ages of 89 and 90, well, that's just mean.
